We provide a full scope of project work connected to investment projects in Bulgaria.
This includes all the project steps, starting from detailed development plans for the land, architectural projects in conceptual phase and technical project phase as well as all engineering parts of project – electrical, water and sewerage, HVAC and quantity bills.
We work on housing projects from various types, starting from single family houses to apartment buildings, for either vacation or permanent use with all the necessary public facilities, sports, restaurants, parking facilities, etc.
